While we are still enjoying the mild and sunny days of the Indian summer, autumn is slowly coming our way. Which means that summer fruits are coming to end, to make place for pomegranates, persimmons, and figs! Time to change our morning rituals. After eating berrie smoothies all summer (can you ever get enough of them?) I made a simple but delicious fig yoghurt this morning, with pistachios and honey on top.
