This refreshing lemonade is perfect for hot summer days like today! And above all it’s easy to make and super tasty. The rhubarb we used came straight from the garden of my parents-in-law, but you can find it in the supermarket as well. First chop the rhubarb in small pieces. Put them in the freezer for some hours, and when you take them out, the juice will came out naturally. Add as much sparkling water as you like, and some lemon juice. Finally you can add some sugar to make it a bit sweeter. Enjoy!
